This form is for folks who are ready to order their furniture. If you do not yet know all of the details or need a quote, hop over here.

We charge 50% to begin manufacturing and 50% when the furniture is completed. Shipping is billed directly by the carrier. We will make arrangements with them and they will contact you once they have your furniture to confirm delivery details and collect payment.

To get started, we will need your delivery address, billing address (if different), and preferred contact number. We use electronic invoicing, so you can pay your deposit securely via your computer.
