A&E'S EMMY-NOMINATED SATURDAY MORNING SERIES GOES TO THE EXTREME IN AN ALL-NEW SEASON OF "SELL THIS HOUSE: EXTREME"
EIGHT ONE-HOUR EPISODES BEGIN SATURDAY OCTOBER 29 AT 12PM ET/PT
NEW YORK, NEW YORK OCTOBER 11, 2011 - A&E brings back the Emmy-nominated series "Sell This House" in a much bigger way with an all-new season of "Sell This House: Extreme." Eight super-sized one-hour episodes, featuring a new team member, begin October 29th at 12PM ET/PT as part of A&E's Saturday morning lineup, The Big Fix.
In the new season of "Sell This House: Extreme," host Tanya Memme and resident designer Roger Hazard continue to confront looming deadlines, hidden cameras and unpredictable homeowners. Now with the help of a new partner, tough-as-nails construction expert Charlie Frattini, the team will tackle massive renovations. Charlie smashes through walls, blows out ceilings, tears out complete kitchens and bathrooms, and anything else on Roger's never-ending list of improvements while Tanya utilizes her very best diplomatic skills to keep them both in line. Extreme times call for extreme measures, and in today's tough real-estate market it's going to take a lot more than de-cluttering and rearranging furniture to get a home sold.
New team member Charlie Frattini is a 25-year construction veteran and has successfully completed some of the largest construction projects in New York City. He always remains true to his Marine Corps training which keeps him focused through all obstacles. Now, he applies his experience in one of
the toughest and most competitive construction markets in the world to renovating homes around the country, ensuring top dollar to homeowners when their houses are sold.
"Sell This House: Extreme" is produced for A&E Network by Screaming Flea Productions. Executive producers are Dave Severson and Lee Christofferson. Executive producers for A&E are David McKillop, Elaine Frontain Bryant and Jessica Morgan.
