Shipping discounts are available for multiple-rug orders. Shipping prices are for contiguous U.S.; other destinations quoted upon request. All rugs 8' X 11' or under ship via FedEx or UPS. All rugs larger than 8' X 11' must ship via a trucking carrier (LTL).

Blot stains immediately and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Professional cleaning is recommended for stain removal or periodic cleaning care. Vacuum with beater bar off.

Rug comfort, longevity, and performance can be further enhanced with the use of a rug pad. Please contact us and we will be happy to recommend the appropriate size and type of pad for your rug and environment.
Most rugs are in stock and available to ship immediately. Backordered items typically become available in a matter of weeks. Check with us to confirm availability. Custom-crafted rugs (whether a custom size or color) are made by hand to order. We can provide estimates on manufacturing times upon request.
All sizes are nominal, accepted variance is +/- 3". We try to represent our items as accurately as possible, however, due to differences in monitors and lighting, item colors may slightly vary.
