Care Instructions
Blot stains immediately and clean using a mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off. Sizes up to 5’X8’ can be washed in traditional 15-20 lb. capacity in-home washing machines. Rugs 6’X9’ and larger should be washed in a larger 60+ lb. capacity washing machine found in laundromats. Wash on delicate setting with gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Can be washed up to 3 times.

Rug comfort, longevity, and performance can be further enhanced with the use of a rug pad. Please contact us and we will be happy to recommend the appropriate size and type of pad for your rug and environment.
Most rugs are in stock and available to ship immediately. Backordered items typically become available in a matter of weeks. Check with us to confirm availability. Custom-crafted rugs (whether a custom size or color) are made by hand to order. We can provide estimates on manufacturing times upon request.
All sizes are nominal, accepted variance is +/- 3". We try to represent our items as accurately as possible, however, due to differences in monitors and lighting, item colors may slightly vary.
